- Yours, valid, photographed. Send it in the chat — there is no form to fill in.
- An ID or passport
- The same photo, the same conversation. We ask for it once.
- A deposit
- Held when you confirm the booking, and settled in the same chat as the rental.

Do I need an account?
No. There is no app to install and nothing to sign up for — the booking lives in the WhatsApp thread you already have open.
How do I pay?
Mobile money or card, inside the chat. Your booking code arrives as soon as the payment clears.
Can the car come to me?
Yes. Delivery anywhere inside Accra or Kigali is free — tell us the address when you confirm.
Can I see the car first?
Every reply carries photos of the actual vehicle, with its plate, its seats and its gearbox. Never a picture of the model.
